OUR  PEOPLE

The Managing Partner of our firm is Mr. Anthony Mariadass. He has been in practice since 1968 and graduated with LLB (Hons) from Singapore University. Mr. Mariadass does land and corporate matters, Probate and Administration cases, applications for partition, subdivision and conversion of lands and Joint Venture Agreements for housing development and conveyancing. Mr. Dinshaw Manecksha has been in practice for over 28 years and has been a partner at Mariadass Lock & Ainuddin since 1988. Mr Dinshaw studied law in the Inner Temple. His interest is mainly in the field of Insurance. Puan Kamariah was called to the Bar in 1994 and is also a partner of our firm. She obtained her Law Degree from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff. Kamariah deals in banking and commercial matters and probate and Administration matters. We have a legal assistant, Miss Teo Siew Chin in Ipoh. She was called to the Bar in 2000 and she does both conveyancing and litigation. In the USJ, Subang Jaya branch office, Mr. Charan Singh drafts will, handles Probate and Administration cases and does litigation matters. Ms Soo Yoong and Ms Petula Tay mainly handle conveyancing matters such as drafting sale and purchase agreement, register power of attorney, perfect the transfer and charge upon issuance of strata title, discharge of charge, transmission and more.
